±.0005" is our everyday standard, and we hold ±.0001" on critical features with documented in-process inspection.
Do you machine plastics as well as metals?
Yes. We regularly machine PEEK, Ultem, Delrin, and other engineered plastics alongside titanium, stainless, and aluminum.
Can you take a part from prototype to production?
Yes. The same programs, fixtures, and inspection plans carry from first article into production, so you never re-qualify a vendor.
