Micro Tool Engineering remakes parts for equipment that's no longer supported. We reverse engineer the part from a sample, a broken piece, or photos, machine a replacement in our Riviera Beach shop, and keep the drawing on file so the next one is a simple reorder.

Snap a few photos (or drop off the broken part) with the machine make and model if you have it.

We measure & identify
Calibrated gauging, CMM, and optical inspection capture every feature. We confirm the material and any heat treat or finish.

Rebuild the design intent
Worn parts lie. We reconstruct what the part was supposed to be, check it against mating parts, and create a drawing.

Machine, fit, and file it
A first piece is made and fit-checked. The drawing stays on file, so the next one is just a reorder.

Not every broken part needs to be replaced. Re-machining a worn surface, sleeving a bore, or rebuilding a feature is often faster and cheaper. We'll tell you which makes sense before you commit.

Can you make a part without a drawing?
Yes. We measure the original, identify the material, and machine a replacement. We also create a drawing so the part can be reordered without starting over.
What if the original part is broken or badly worn?
Send what you have. We reconstruct the original design intent from the remaining geometry, mating parts, and how it's used, rather than copying the wear.
How fast can you turn around a replacement part?
It depends on the part and material. When equipment is down, tell us in the form and we'll prioritize the quote and give you a real lead time.
Should we repair the part or make a new one?
Sometimes re-machining a worn surface or sleeving a bore is faster and cheaper than a new part. We'll tell you which makes sense before you commit.
